Frakk!! The heat in Sac is pretty amazing right now. Who has 100F weather in May?!?
Anyway, do you have suggestions for restaurants (kid-friendly please) in the Carmel/Monterey/Pacific Grove area? I've found a couple from one of the AAA mags we got but I'd like to get more feedback. Thanks! I can't believe it's next week. We're pretty excited.

We ate at Sushi Heaven for the first time in downtown Carmel, and it was pretty good. The staff was very nice. We went on a weekday just before dinner, so it was empty. They adored babyN, a couple of the wait staff even carried him around the restaurant!
We also had dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. near the Aquarium. Yummy and family-friendly. We had a nice table by the window with a view of the bay, with sea otters swimming by!
A couple of years ago we ate at Hula's in Monterey (http://www.hulastiki.com/mry_index.htm) not too far away from the Aquarium. It's a nice atmosphere, the food was okay, we just weren't in the mood to go back this time.
